I have successfully created an E-Wallet payment link for transactions, but my transactions cannot be paid. What should I do?

There are several factors why E-Wallet transactions may not be paid:

  1. For ShopeePay, OVO & LinkAja transactions, make sure you open the payment link on your mobile phone (not on Desktop), as these E-Wallet payments can only be made through the LinkAja/ShopeePay app (Jump App).  
  2. Ensure that you have sufficient balance in your E-Wallet.  
  3. Verify that your E-Wallet account is active and not blocked.  
  4. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our team to assist you in resolving the payment issues.
