Why is my transaction not appearing when I use the API Payment Status with the "partner_tx_id" parameter?

Make sure that the type of product you are using matches the one you used when creating the transaction. If you created the transaction using the [API Create Payment Link, then you should check the transaction status via the API Payment Status in Fund Acceptance. However, if you created the transaction using the API Create Payment Routing, then you should check the transaction status via the API Check Status Payment Routing Transaction.
